The short version
Use a real email, play fair, and be decent to the other players. No cheating, no harassment. The game and everything in it stays ours. Break the rules and you can lose the account.

The deal
By playing SUDS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account. SUDS is made and published by Honeybell Games LTD.

Your account
- You need a working email address you can actually access.
- You do not need to give your real name.
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility.
- No creating extra accounts to dodge bans or abuse the game.

Password resets, recovery, and deletion
Stuck on a password reset, locked out, or want the whole account gone? Email us. Deletion is permanent and irreversible: progress, cosmetics, and leaderboard scores go with it, within 30 days.

House rules
- No cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software for an unfair advantage.
- No harassment, hate speech, or bullying other players.
- No offensive or impersonating usernames.
- No griefing, and no tampering with or reverse-engineering our servers.
- No selling or trading accounts.
Break these and you may get a warning, a suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on how bad it is.

Our stuff
The art, characters, music, sound, code, and branding in SUDS belong to Honeybell Games LTD. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to play the game. Videos, streams, and fan art are welcome, and always will be.

Servers and availability
SUDS needs an internet connection. We keep the servers up as best we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted play. Maintenance and updates happen, and we will give notice when we can. If we ever shut the online services down for good, we will say so in advance.

Liability
SUDS is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Honeybell Games LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost progress or lost data.

Ending things
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close yours whenever you like by emailing us. Either way, access stops and data is removed under our retention rules.

Changes and contact
If these terms change we will update the date at the top, and tell you by email or in game if the change is significant. Carrying on playing means you accept the new terms. Email contacts@honeybellgames.com or use the contact page. Include your username or registered email so we can find your account. GDPR requests are answered within 30 days.
