PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Applies to the game SUDS
The short version
We need an email address so you can log in and recover your account. Not your real name. We do not sell your data, other players only see your username and scores, and you can have everything deleted within 30 days just by asking.
01
What we collect
- Email address. Needed to log in and to get your account back.
- Username. Pick anything. It does not have to be your real name.
- Gameplay data. Scores, progress, unlocks, leaderboard position.
- Technical data. IP address, device, and crash logs, so the servers stay up.
02
What we use it for
- Creating and authenticating your account.
- Running online multiplayer and saving your progress.
- Answering support requests like password resets.
- Fixing bugs and catching cheats.
03
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data. Other players can see your username and scores, because that is what a leaderboard is. Our server hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
04
Security and how long we keep it
Passwords are encrypted. No online service can promise perfect security, but we keep what we store to a minimum. We hold your data while your account is active. Ask us to delete it and it is gone within 30 days.
05
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it entirely. Email us and we will do it within 30 days.
06
Children
SUDS accounts are not intended for children under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live. If we find we have collected a child’s data, we delete it.
07
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Email contacts@honeybellgames.com or use the contact page. Include your username or registered email so we can find your account. GDPR requests are answered within 30 days.
