The fine print
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 11 July 2026
The short version
Play fair, be decent to other players, and do not break the games on purpose. Our stuff stays our stuff. If you ignore all that, we can close your account.
01
The deal
By playing our games or using our website and services (the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the Services are not for you.
02
Your account
If one of our games gives you an account, keep the details accurate and the password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
03
House rules
A short list, honestly followed:
- Nothing illegal, under any law that applies to you.
- No cheating, bots, or exploiting bugs for an unfair advantage. Found a bug? Report it and we will probably thank you in a patch note.
- No harassing, threatening, bullying, or spamming other players.
- Do not attack, overload, or interfere with our servers.
04
Our stuff
The games, their art, code, names, and everything else in the Services belong to Honeybell Games LTD and its licensors. Please do not use our trademarks on your own products without asking first. For fan art, videos, and streams: go for it, that is what games are for.
05
Ending things
If you break these terms we can suspend or close your account and block access to the Services, without notice if the situation calls for it.
06
The legal armour
To the fullest extent the law allows, Honeybell Games LTD and anyone working with it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
07
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
08
